It has been a very long time since I've been on Mindsay. I just wanted to thank you all for the maps of the streets of Saigon.
When I was there last July-August 2008 I couldn't find the streets. It seems as though they are rebuilding the streets and buildings and there are parks and recreational areas that never existed while I was there. Some people say they are renaming the streets with the names of the North Vietnam Heros that fought in the war.
Take Care,

Hey There,
I am looking for a Map of Saigon from 1972 & before.
A Map that reflects a street named "Tru Minh Ky-Tru Minh Giang.
I returned to Vietnam last July-August 2008, and discovered that Streets and Land Marks have changed and are still in the works. The street was near 3rd Evac Hospital and Ton Sun Nhut Airforce Base.
The only thing that was still recognizable was the Notre-Dame Church and the main Post Office.
I could not find Vo Tanh Traffic Circle or Plantation Road.
If anyone can steer me in the right direction or has a copy of the original map of Saigon I would be forever grateful.
Sincerely,
Mab12464
